Returns
At Mayton, we want you to love what you receive. If something isn't right, we're here to make it easy. Please read the information below or contact us directly at contact@maytonshoes.com — we'll be happy to help.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, please ensure the following conditions are met:
- Returns must be requested within 14 calendar days of the delivery date.
- Items must be returned new and unworn, in their original packaging and with all accessories included (box, dust bag, shoehorn, shoe bags, and return note). Worn, used, altered, or damaged items cannot be accepted.
- The parcel must be sent back from the original delivery country.
- Items must have been purchased directly on www.mayton.fr.
Return shipping is free of charge. Simply affix the pre-paid Chronopost shipping label to the outside of the parcel, with the item securely placed inside its original box.
US customers: please contact us at contact@maytonshoes.com to receive your return instructions and pre-paid label.
Refund Timing
Once we receive your return, our Quality Department will carefully inspect the item. If approved, your refund will be processed within 15 business days. The exact timing may vary slightly depending on your bank or payment provider.
You will receive an email confirming whether your return has been accepted. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and in the same currency as your purchase — USD for US orders, EUR for European orders.
Mayton reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet the conditions outlined above.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer online exchanges. If you'd like to swap your item for a different size, simply reach out to us at contact@maytonshoes.com and we'll take care of it personally.
Size exchanges are subject to stock availability and require the item to be returned new and unworn, with its original packaging and all accessories. If your requested size is unavailable, we will issue a full refund instead.
