Shipping and returns are free of charges within the european union. All the orders are shipped through Chronopost.

Order tracking
You will receive a dispatch email once the order is on its way to you. Please note that the tracking number will be activated within 24 hours from when the order is dispatched, therefore you may not find any updates immediately after shipment. We kindly ask you to check back the following day.

Countries where we ship to
We are currently shipping to all European Union countries as well as UK and USA. If your country is not for now in that list, please register to be informed of last updates.

Gifts
All the orders are shipped in a Mayton packaging and placed in a cardboard box. If you're purchasing a gift, you can add a gift message by sending us a message via the contact page, with the text you want to be added.
Your order will be elegantly wrapped and will include a personal card inside the Mayton packaging. Gift orders can be shipped directly to the receiver, as prices will not be visible.

Shipping charges
We ship using Chronopost ® service. Estimated delivery times are between 2-3 days within Europe and 3-8 days for the rest of the world.
Orders take between 1-2 working days to be processed. Orders are shipped weekdays Monday – Friday, orders placed during the weekend will be processed the following weekday.

CHRONOPOST ®
This delivery method guarantees delivery within 24 hours, before 1 p.m., between Mayton warehouses and your place of delivery, anywhere in France.
The average delivery time is therefore 3 working days (48 hours of order preparation + 24 hours of delivery). At any time you can track your parcels here by entering your parcel number.
Delivery times (shipping + transport): 24 to 48 working hours.

Uncollected packages
We will not pay return shipping costs for uncollected packages.
